The piste right next door, Brixental below, Wilder Kaiser and Kitzbüheler Horn directly opposite, outstanding food and, above all in summer, peace and relaxation: the Staudachstubn between the Fleckalmbahn and Kirchberg is a genuine insider tip for good food, a pleasant evening or enjoyment at the highest level.
As a member of KochArt, owner and chef Martin (“Mascht”) is mainly focused on regionality and the preparation of high-quality products. All of his meals, for the most part traditional Tyrolean favorites, are freshly cooked, refined with his own wild herbs and of unsurpassed quality.
Our restaurant, which serves as a ski hut in winter, stands right next to the valley run of the Fleckalmbahn in Kirchberg, ideal for refreshment breaks in winter or a final stop-off on the way home. However, guests looking to spend a pleasant evening here will also find the stylish ambience they are looking for. The Staudachstubn is generally easy to reach by car in winter and, if ever that’s not the case, we will be happy to pick you up.
In summer, the Staudachstubn is a real insider tip where locals and guests feel right at home, enjoying the tranquility, scenery and natural atmosphere surrounded by alpine meadows in bloom. The playground, which is easy to see from the terrace, the farm and the countryside surrounding the restaurant give kids plenty of opportunities to work off some of their youthful energy and give their parents a few quiet moments of their own to chat, unwind and enjoy.
Regional specialties such as Huatessen, veal shanks, spareribs and Kalbsvögel are prepared upon request and are definitely worth giving a try. Of course, the Staudachstubn is an ideal venue for celebrations of all kinds, whether family get-togethers, weddings or something completely different.
So, go ahead and make table reservations at the Staudachstubn for you and your friends, family, acquaintances or a loved-one.
